ANY state or local official can REJECT Trump as constitutionally disqualified from office, under the 14th Amendment, Section 3.
It does not require Congress.
It does not require a lawsuit.
Trump has ALREADY been disqualified. Automatically.
@JV3MJD yeah he has, the one thing that might be a problem, if trump is the nominee I think that will return the house back to us, and keep our senators in the Red States, maybe pick up another, if he’s not the nominee MoscowMitch with be majority leader, I know it’s early but…
