Welcome! Take a moment, when you can, and have a look at the User Guide found at @CoSoTips, as it will answer many questions you will have. There is also an FAQ there that's helpful, and of course, we in the community love to stick our oar in as well, so don't be afraid to ask for help.
Trust me when I tell you this place is NOT like where you came from; no one goes viral, follower counts don't matter, and there's no algorithm to worry about.

It does take some getting used to, that business of not encountering racism and misogyny at every turn and not having to be on the defensive all the time, but I have confidence you'll adjust nicely!
