Serious question: Is it actually impossible to run a virtual Android device inside a virtual machine (like an AWS VPS), or even run an APK on a virtual machine - either Windows or Linux will do?
Is there no layer that will allow me to do this that doesn't require a bare-metal CPU with Intel VT-x or AMD-V support?
I can't be the only person in the galaxy who has a need for this.

@th3j35t3r I’m trying to recall the VM approach we took for this once upon a time.
One challenge is ARM vs. x86. Something like BlueStacks gives you some interop, but it’s not apples to apples.
