@Silea @wolfkitten depending on the group there can be dozens of levels of classes.

Taking a class guarantees absolutely nothing, but participation is what I call gently mandatory.

Instructors have more clout based on how many levels of training removed from Del Close they are. The closer to Del, the more it costs and the more “valuable” your instruction becomes.

It should be a meritocracy, but it is highly political.
