Here's what's gonna happen:
The Aileen Cannon case - she's gonna rule that Trump was acting in official capacity and throw it out OR she's gonna continue delaying until he's President again, and then he'll just pardon himself.
The Chutkan case - She's gonna rule it was NOT in official capacity, Trumps gonna appeal that to SCOTUS again, they'ere gonna kick the can down the road again to give him time to win, and as soon as he's President he'll pardon himself.
That's how it's gonna be.

Even if Biden wins, Trump and his cohorts especially Fox News have already been priming his 'base' to kick off an almighty shit storm again about the election being 'stolen'.
There's been so many missed opportunities to have shut Trump down years ago but the system *had* to keep giving him more and more leeway and privileges afforded to literally nobody else.
And here we are.
Failed coup attempts, not adequately addressed just become a rehearsal for the next attempt. This time, they'll be far better prepared.
