I’m receiving multiple credit card, banking, loan and college offers for a child that to my knowledge doesn’t exist.

The only way I can find to remove the fictional child from the databases is to provide proof that they wish to be removed in the form of a social security number or government issued ID.

Is it identity theft of the person doesn’t exist? Hypothetically speaking of course.
