Today has been a total shit show that's hit me hard. I don't know if it's because we had a school shooting locally on Wednesday that I'm still processing and another one so soon with the loss of more innocent lives, or if it's because there seems to be no bottom to the destruction of our norms that have held us together for so long.

My heart is breaking. It's so hard to see a way out of any of this. 💔
