@IslandNewsService Trust me it is, as for the tumor surgery? They were taking tumors out via the sphenoid sinus in the early 80s. It’s called transphenoidal hypophysectomy, I guided a few with a C-arm in the OR. They packed the guys nose with pure cocaine and then made it open like a refrigerator door and headed in with what looks like a mini melon baller.Going though part of the orbit however sounds new for sure but the approach models the old way too.
