@allin Most of us are. Helene damaged about 90% of Anna Maria Island but we managed to get all of our electronics and hardware off the island before the storm. Lost a bit of cabling.
We have 2 staff members that live off the island in Bradenton and they've chosen to ride Milton out. Helene was a glancing blow. Looks like Milton will bring a direct hit.
@allin Everyone is safe. One staff member had no damage and power is already restored. The other had some minor house damage, couple of trees down and still without power. They live 2 blocks from each other. Go figure!
@IslandNewsService I don’t know what else to say besides I sincerely hope that they will be okay. Thinking of all residents and animals in its path.💜
