Slight learning curve, but for me, Vanilla OS 2 Orchid is doing things right. They’ve made container management easy and fairly intuitive, allowing a user to set up their GNOME desktop as they please by combining tools available from various sources. Is this tool available from the u until repository? Doesn’t matter because another will have it.

@Iskios for a second I thought you were talking about IBM's os/2...

@Iskios As I was skimming the firehose, the first line registered in my brain as something to do with vanilla OS/2. Made me do a doubletake.

@MakerWerks heh! I was a huge fan of OS/2 during its time. I preferred it to Windows. It’s a shame it did not develop beyond Warp! I even tried it in a virtual machine a couple years ago and it brought back some fine memories.

@Iskios Ah, fun with VMs. I created a Virtualbox VM that runs Windows for Workgroups 3.11 a couple of years ago, just for the nostalgia.
