Part 2
Sautee in instant pot sausage and spices until pink is gone.
Add onions and peppers until tender.
Add in garlic and sautee only until you can lightly smell it, then turn off the instant pot.
Add in tomato soup, pasta, broth (stock), and Rotel.
Stir until evenly distributed.
Put the lid on the instant pot and pressure cook for 11 mins.
When done, release the pressure and then remove the lid.
Add cheese and 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.
Stir.
