Shawn's HHH (Hoity-Toity Hamburger Helper)

1 lb tube ground sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)

8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar

3 cups chicken broth

Diced orange + red peppers to preference

1 half diced onion

Paprika to taste

Italian seasoning to taste

Salt to taste

1 8oz tomato soup

1 can original Rotel

2 minced cloves of garlic

cooking oil

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1lb Penne

Part 2

Sautee in instant pot sausage and spices until pink is gone.

Add onions and peppers until tender.

Add in garlic and sautee only until you can lightly smell it, then turn off the instant pot.

Add in tomato soup, pasta, broth (stock), and Rotel.

Stir until evenly distributed.

Put the lid on the instant pot and pressure cook for 11 mins.

When done, release the pressure and then remove the lid.

Add cheese and 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream.

Stir.

ENJOY!

I forgot to add:

The pasta is dry when you put it in, not precooked.

It cooks in the stock, Rotel, and tomato soup, giving the noodles flavor.

Don't drain the pasta.

It will look moist but it's okay so long as you followed the directions.

Just mix in the cream and cheese.

If you use macaroni it something else, cooking time will vary.
