@InUnfunky I sometimes skip rice in favor of putting the potato salad in center of bowl and gumbo around it. Sometimes I just have a bowl of gumbo with potato salad on the side. And don’t forget the garlic bread!

@InUnfunky my bf is full Cajun. He’ll eat any gumbo I make! Gotta have my seafood! 2 lbs each shrimp, crawfish and 1 lb crab meat.
