I drove an hour away to get gf burger buns, Italian garlic bread and waffles. They didn't have the waffles, so I ordered them for next week and will do it all over again.
Let's put a positive spin on this:
They trust that it is good. Because I can tell you, I would rather drive an hour for good food I can eat than bad food that is near by.
I forgot a rare one (oof) that I'd never encountered before; this happened Friday during dinner rush -- bartender comes back and relays a message vis a vis a burger called "the Squealer" (half MA ground beef, half house-cured bacon) "Please cook it VERY well-done cuz guy has an allergy. There can be no pink." 🤔 🤷♂️
I told her dude should eat something else but proceeded to hockey puck the damn thing.
AFAIK dude turned out okay.
🤷♂️ 😎
Ummmm hmmm.
👍
Numerous jokes and references were made -- esp. to the Simpson fugu episode, despite not being exactly analogous lol -- as you can imagine.
🤓
1. That burger sounds delicious
2. WTF. You don't order something you are allergic to and hope the chef can burn the allergens out of it!
This is why you hate us 🤬
Exactly; dude's sanity and smarts were questioned.
But hold up...
What are you talking about --
As your future potential agent I MOST CERTAINLY DO NOT hate you.
I mean, not yet at least...
😮 😆 ❤️
Lmao.
@InUnfunky @PussyFootingAround
That's insane. its not the server's or cook's responsibility. I would just order something else from the jump.
