I don't think so, unless someone comes up with one hell of a package. Shohei has already said he doesn't want off the West coast, but for the right money, time, compensation, I suppose anything can happen - I just don't see it.

Agreed. Mozeliak made some noises a while ago about wanting him in StL, but there's no way that would happen and Mozeliak has not spoken of it since.
