Well apparently Hurricane Milton has been erased from the News Alexa accesses.
Hurricane Helene, also.
Ok that is strange… Alexa knows nothing about evacuations in Florida and says there are no hurricanes scheduled to make landfall tomorrow October 9th. Also says that the winds tomorrow in Tallahassee will be 17 mph
Anyone else want to ask their Alexa questions about Milton or Helene? I’m very curious.

I would guess that whoever runs Alexa decided that zero information was better than misinformation. Of course, it might lead people to believe that the hurricane doesn't exist and they don't have to evacuate.
@DavidSalo @Museek This is criminally negligent. If Amazon doesn't want the responsibility of passing on emergency notifications, they should at least have Alexa read off a disclaimer telling people to look for them somewhere else.
