Made some more lentil flour tonight because lentil crackers are the best thing since sliced bread. I love how silky the flour is. It’s even softer than baby powder.

I think with as much as I’m making flour it might be worth having a mill. Not yet but one day!

@Museek A good one (like my Komo Mío) doesn't take up much space and looks good even when that's all it's doing. It wasn't cheap but it'll last for decades. And nothing beats fresh flour when you're making bread, or crackers.
