I find myself obsessing over these Greek verses:

... στο μαγουλο του, φως μου, εχει μιαν ελιά.
... Την ελίτσα που 'χεις, φως μου, και με τυραννάς.

... on her cheek, my light, is a single mole.
... Your little mole, my light, you tyrannize me.

More precisely, I've been obsessing over ελίτσα, which seems to be a diminutive of ελιά.

Yes, obsessing over lyrics about obsession. This is probably why the lyric appeals to me.
