New York woman denied medication for cluster headaches, doctor cites risk to *purely hypothetical* fetus. Not that she plans or even wants to have children; just the chance that she might anyway is enough, so the doctor expects her to bite the bullet till she goes through menopause.
This is in New York. In the Bible Belt they'd cite Genesis 17:17, where Sara conceives Isaac at the age of 90, and never let her have those drugs at all.
