@ImagineThat some voters feel that a miscarriage requiring medical assistance isn't an abortion - but it is. Avoiding using the word just gives GOP scum room to maneuver.
Abortion Rights are Human rights - I like to force folks to admit they view women as worth less. Makes it easier to wake onlookers up.
