Not Ridley Scott's best work by any metric. All of the magic of the first movie was absent.

Cinematography was lazy.
Villains comically evil.
One of the "Twin Emperors" being mentally challenged was exceptionally poorly handled.
Opening "recap" felt like AI art slop.
The boat fight was fucking stupid.
Story dragged and pacing was uneven, especially at the end.

To say I was disappointed would be a massive understatement.
