HiPOD 11 Jan 2023: The South Polar Residual Cap in Late Summer

The South Polar residual cap is especially interesting to image in the very late southern summer when seasonal frost is gone and the low-sun illumination accentuates subtle topography. Visible here is part of just one of many such images acquired in recent weeks.
