I accidentally got nipped by a racoon. We surprised each other. 🤣 I've watched the little one grow up since they were a bump in their mum's belly. It was worried we weren't friends anymore.
Note to self: never assume someone isn't about to take a bite of food on the floor when it's right next to the place where the raccoons occasionally nap.
And yes, before anyone asks: I cleaned and dressed the wound and surrounding tissue including an antibiotic cream. And yes, I have let my doctor know.
