My uncles do, in Sparland Illinois 😁
@agitated_trash I had one as a kid and young adult...had a blast back then (70s and 80s). Had a 100 watt illegally jacked up radio in my car in my twenties. Walked all over most everyone. Fun times.
😂
I loved the handles and getting on it late at night. I was KitKat (handle) in Central IL in the 80s, a loudmouth farm kid hollering for my uncles at the guys on the other farm. When I was in high school in the 90s, I hung out at rodeos sometimes and a lot of the kids had cb radios in their trucks and we had the best time. One guy used to roll through and blast van Halen on a speaker on his hood, it was wild 😂
@HawkHorton CB radios are still used in the USA, particularly among truck drivers, RV owners, off-roaders, and other enthusiasts. While they may not be as popular as they were in the past, CB radios are still a useful tool for communication on the road or in remote areas where cell phone coverage may be limited. Some people also use CB radios for emergency communications or to connect with others in their local community.
