I just got bombarded by 10 different recruiters for the same Product Mgmt position in security (major telecom co). They are requiring a Masters in IT, 10 years experience and offering a salary that's about 60% of what I make. No way will they find anyone to take this job (it's in the DC area and I was paying my Sr Product Managers what they are offering back in 2005 for non-security products).

Indeed, and a pretty clear sign 'they' do not understand the position they are trying to fill. That could/would lead to problems in the future for whomever takes the bait.
I suspect someone who values the job title over pay might say yes. I've been in an interview where I finally had to ask why someone one with those qualifications would want the job.
@Dane I actually interviewed with the same company for a Director level position 4 years ago. They made an offer that was also less than what I was making and wouldn't go up, so I didn't take the job.
@InvaderGzim @Dane I doubt it. This is to work on Federal contracts that often don't allow non-US citizens because they may require clearance
