Tomorrow surgery of my finger. They told me I won't be able to run for 2 days 😭
@Guillaume after my wisdom teeth were pulled they told me I couldn’t exercise for 2 weeks!!! And they were right.
@Kem yeah I guess I need to follow doctor's orders...
@Guillaume i reckoned you were just being funny with your original post. Exercise will pull blood and oxygen away from your wounds when they need the support the most. :)
