Tomorrow surgery of my finger. They told me I won't be able to run for 2 days 😭

@Guillaume i reckoned you were just being funny with your original post. Exercise will pull blood and oxygen away from your wounds when they need the support the most. :)
@Kem ah my running is an addiction really. So I know that I will feel a bit down.. however, its for the good of my hand so its Ok. I will just be a bit sad !
