Home from the hospital - simple break just needed two screws and a plate. I was in surgery for less than an hour. Irony is I had my cardiac nurses found out I was in hospital so they kept coming down to visit me. It was kind of funny but anyway so I’m home and the puppy is happy and we’re going to get the new puppy this weekend I think if I can tolerate sitting in the car for four hours will see all right so it’s nice to be home I don’t ever want to go back again

Perspective

Another round of follow up medical appts today - I'll be bouncing in and out (probably) just to make sure all is okay with my CoSo family. Carpe Diem!

First day of Cardiac Rehab...I'm ready for a nap.LOL. On treadmill but no running yet, just walking. No incline either...boring. This facility is awesome though - they also have pilates, yoga, swimming, and weights. They put me on 5lb weights until my stamina gets better. But Heartbeat stayed steady as did the BP and oxygen saturation - so...yay!!! Now to chill out with the dog.
