@Gladari Organized retail crime is isolated. Target et al. Doesn't want to keep stores open and pay people enough to keep them open.

After reading article, my partner & I came up with solution. A form "airlock". Stores already have motion detection door opening & closing & many already have an entrance area - for carts, etc.

This would work for organized snatch & grabbers. It wouldn't take care of the damage they do inside the store. when they are near the exit - push button & outer door locks - next bush button - inner door locks. Criminals corralled until patty wagon arrives.
