I'm trying to recall when I saw Phil Collins in concert. All I can remember about it was that (I think) the stage set was made to look like a rooftop.
Can't find anything about it on the Interwebz.
@Graci I saw Ian Anderson with such a stage set once... I don't remember seeing Collins like that but I've only seen him a couple times.
I think I may have figured it out? It was scaffolding and not what my brain thought. Both Sides - 1994. It's the only one where the times line up as a possibility.
