That is so inhumane!
From what I understood about medical standards a few decades ago, it took a minimum of one year just to do a preliminary evaluation leading to confirming a diagnosis.
With no ample medically scientific evidence of harm done, lawmakers should stay away from doing their own clinical diagnosis. They are not qualified! It's malpractice / medical fraud.
