State Senate passes a medical mj bill. House refuses to put it on the floor.

Senate makes adjustments, more conservative language.
House refuses to put it on the floor.

Repeat.

Latest includes a permanent ban on recreational use, even if it becomes allowed Federally. Also tightens sales of hemp products like the Deltas.

And it probably still won't get on the House floor.
