Re-signing Andersen, Raanta, Staal, and Fast for less than last season was a great move. Newcomers Bunting and Orlov were great acquisitions but I think the Canes overpaid for Orlov. $7.75m cap hit for a player whose defensive stats are slightly above average but who has "great intangibles" (Waddell) doesn't sit well with me. 1/6
