Even though we no longer have COVID shortages, I am still keeping an above-average stock of essentials like cookies, coffee & toilet paper.

Perhaps I should start digging for my bunker.

@Mathias I'm almost done with all the canned goods we bought in early 2020. Still have some tomato paste and canned fruit to use up. TP we keep buying large amounts of, but hey, it's not like it's going to sit around for three years, unused, like the canned goods.
