Microsoft Authenticator saves the day. I was in the grocery store when I got the notification on my phone that someone was trying to sign in to my Microsoft account. I could tap Approve or Deny. I tapped Deny. I saw it again a couple of minutes later, and tapped Deny again.
Use 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) on every account that allows it. Don’t put it off any longer. Use this weekend to secure all your accounts, and start 2024 with better security.
Previous homebrew attempt, a Dunkel lager, fermented with a room temp lager yeast was enjoyed by all this past weekend.
Grain bill was that of a Dunkelweizen ale, so it measured out as an 8% ABV.. oops.
Just finished the latest batch. This will be an English Bitter. Going to dry hop with some Willamette pellet hops in about 2 weeks when I move this to a secondary fermenting vessel.
Created a yeast starter this time using WLP005 British Ale by White Labs
