I drink eggnog without the rum because I'm really not much of a drinker.
This past Christmas season, discovered a local dairy's eggnog, and oh! What an absolute treat! Thick, rich, creamy, smooth, spiced just right, and sweet, but not overly sweet. It was so damn good.
