I think I’ve pretty well established over the years that my sense of fashion is, well, um... let’s just say I’ll never be in any danger of making anyone’s “Best Dressed” list. Even so, I do try to keep up with what’s trending in the world of fashion, out of general curiosity.
But this one has me completely perplexed. What the hell? Did someone forget the middle part of a sweater or do people actually wear something like this?
It's not dissimilar to the shrugs from the 90's, only meant for winter.
I would wear that, as my arms get cold over my core.
