I loathe store bought fruitcake, but one of my best friends found a fruitcake recipe sans jeweled dyed fruit and swears it’s magical. I’m willing to give it a try. 🤷♀️

I used dried cherries, cranberries, and blueberries along with chopped pecans and pistachios, seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg and an apple pie balsamic for an extra bite.
I love making biscotti for the holidays. And the house smells amazing.
