if his constituents stop cheering long enough to think this through, they will see that it would seriously disadvantage their own children if the children want to attend college outside .

@grapho that's exactly what my son was pointing out (he's a recent Berkeley grad dealing with law school entrance exams). Florida kids are the ones suffering, particularly the poor who can't just pick up and move.
