Took my dog to the vet for eating corn on the cob and it wasn’t cheap. But it hit how horrible it must be to be told your friend can be saved, but you can’t afford it. It’s a #firstworldhairproblem for sure, but it’s got to be devastating. Then it hit me that this happens with people too. We need #healthcareforall
@Shepardwill1 correct. Corn is fine on its own, but they can’t digest it and it can cause a blockage. If that happens it can be fatal.

@Gambit_1 The corn was not the issue. Eating the cob was problematic. Correct?
