Opted for quick and easy tonight. Chicken salad on brioche buns. Nothing special, but tasty and nice with the heat we've been having.

@GFerro1965 Yes, me too! Though I still recall the look on Dad's face when he dropped a few new bowls on the kitchen floor to show how they were unbreakable and the 3rd one broke in half. Doh! 😆 Still, they are very durable and pretty affordable, with a wide variety of patterns.
@GFerro1965 Thanks! They were a team pick with Wife. They're Corelle pattern that we liked because they have a nice bit of color without being too busy.
