Thank you so much to Chewy for the gorgeous roses they sent in honor of our sweet, wonderful, 18-year-old cat, Vincent, who we lost on 2/8. They continue to be so awesome to their customers. We really appreciate it! 💜💛😺

A friend of mine had placed an order, when her dog unexpectedly died. She contacted them to cancel the order, and like this, they sent her a memorial bouquet.

Whenever I've had something arrive that didn't fit, instead of me exchanging, they sent one in a dift size and asked me to donate the other to a shelter. Which I was happy to do.

Chewy has such GREAT customer service - something that is so rare these days.

@BlueStateBabe Yep - we regularly have problems with FedEx damaging packages, including ones from Chewy, and whenever there’s an item that gets damaged in some way during shipping, they always replace it with no hassle. They sent us a bouquet after we lost our Bailey in 2018, but hadn’t done it in a while (we’ve lost 4 other senior cats since Bailey and before Vincent), so I wasn’t sure they still sent flowers, but I guess they do! 😺

@BlueStateBabe A couple years ago for Vincent’s birthday, they also sent a cute little painting based off his face from the photo I was using in his profile on my account. We love that, too! Customer service like that is definitely hard to come by, but very welcome! 💜
