@FernLovebond She really is! She’s very playful, yet seems to love being petted and snuggling. If only we could get her more comfortable with being picked up, we’d be all set. It is still early, though. We just adopted her on June 2.
A little time, some trust building activities, she'll perhaps warm up to your preferred physical affections.
@FernLovebond For sure - it definitely takes time. We’re not the type of people who ever pick up and hold a cat if they’re not comfortable with it, but there are times when we have to pick them up or hold them for a bit, like cleaning them up if they’ve made a mess, trimming their claws every few weeks, etc.
