We were surprised to see a package from Chewy in our mailbox today (since we’d already received everything in our latest autoship order), and even more surprised to open the package and find a gift-wrapped item and a card. They sent us a portrait of our wonderful Vincent, and it’s so cute!! They sent us flowers after Bailey’s death 3 years ago and this just because - these touches are a nice way to put a smile on customers’ faces, that’s for sure! Well done! 😺👏🏼👍🏼

As it turns out (I found this out when they replied to my tweet of appreciation at them), this was also for Vincent’s birthday, since that was earlier this month. 😺
