I got 20 minutes into The Pope's Exorcist. It's not bad. Beautifully lit and shot. And Russell Crowe is compelling. I'll probably finish it later. For now, I'm going to put on The Exorcist III, which is one of my very favorite films. It's sad that Blatty only made two films. No one made better and more entertaining films!
@FranklyCurious: EIII is the best Exorcist film of them all, IMO. The first one is indeed a great film, but EIII is all-around superior, even including the studio meddling reshoots.
