Fair request! In the end, my vegetable dishes (red coleslaw, broccoli with sriracha, braised cabbage with onion) took more time than expected. My mate offered to make salmon, and he's SO good at it. He also made blondies. Lemme see if I can generate some blondie pr0n later in the day.
