@BetryPackard I believe it is called the "menopause sucks and everything makes me gain weight diet." I'm convinced the core premise is starvation. She runs 2 miles per day, walks another mile with the doggo, eats one veggie heavy meal, and has cut out all the junk food and snacks. I am slowly finishing off all the food in the pantry that isn't on her diet. I already eat pretty healthy, but I've also started running, cutting down on wine intake, and reducing food quantity (smaller meals).
