@thedisasterautist Fair question. By my math, this doesn't include those who didn't vote, or are not registered. Can only measure voting registration and outcomes; cannot determine who has not registered, nor can we determine the intentions of those who don't vote. That said, one can infer that the ratio would not be too far off.
