Has anyone (M) embraced a more vegetarian lifestyle after retirement?
I am losing my taste for animal flesh and I love the world of variety of delicious foods that I am not yet burnt out on.
Does retirement make any difference in vegetarian cooking enjoyment?

@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN The Moosewood Cookbook - if you haven't already seen it, is an excellent source for great recipes. Another that I got from my brother is Milkstreet Vegetables. There's a lentil soup recipe in there that is fantastic. (I cheated and used chicken broth).
