@SPFX I've used pastes I've purchased from Indian stores to mixed results. I think I'd like to experiment with my own recipes to see if I could approximate what I remember to be my absolute favorite Indian Restaurant - Oh! Calcutta off Mass Ave in Boston. Don't know if they're still there after all these years, but they were one of the best.
@FinnegansWhacked Yes! I just use this paste with coconut milk, peanut butter and a little chicken stock and then I'll adjust the seasoning each time. Sometimes I'll marinade the chicken.
